Automate Your Business With Ouron

1. Roles: Controller vs. Data Processor

Ouron AI ("Ouron", "we", "us") acts as a Data Controller for direct merchant account registration and billing records. For all customer conversations, phone numbers (@lid), order data, and custom form responses processed through your connected messaging channels, the Merchant is the Data Controller, and Ouron operates solely as a Data Processor.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Business name, email, hashed credentials, and billing records.
• Operational Chat Data: Inbound/outbound message payloads, customer phone numbers, timestamps, order line items, and payment proof image links.
• Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, browser agents, access logs, and performance metrics.

3. AI Processing & Sub-processors

Data may be processed by enterprise cloud infrastructure and LLM inference sub-processors (Google Cloud Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenCode, Tencent Cloud, Supabase, Twilio, Brevo, and Meta Graph APIs). Ouron does NOT sell, rent, or lease personal data to advertisers, and enterprise API agreements prohibit using merchant prompts to train public AI foundation models.

4. Merchant Consent Obligations

The Merchant represents and warrants that it has obtained all legally required end-user consents and opt-ins under applicable data protection laws (including UU PDP No. 27/2022, GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA) before routing customer communications to Ouron.

5. Security Safeguards

We implement TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, bcrypt cryptographic password hashing, JWT token authentication, and multi-tenant database isolation. No internet transmission is 100% immune from zero-day threats; merchants must maintain secure credentials.

1. Nature of Software-Only Service

Ouron provides a cloud software platform for automated customer chat workflows. Ouron is strictly a technology tool and is NOT a seller, broker, payment processor, escrow agent, employer, or legal partner of your business. Ouron has no control over your operations or transactions.

2. AI Output Disclaimer & Zero Liability

Generative AI is probabilistic and may produce hallucinations, misquoted prices, or unintended responses. The Merchant alone is strictly responsible for reviewing, setting business rules, and confirming all orders. Ouron bears ZERO liability for any lost revenue, misquoted prices, missed leads, or commercial damages resulting from AI behavior.

3. Third-Party Messaging & Number Banning Release

Ouron is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, WhatsApp, or Twilio. Connecting phone numbers carries an inherent risk of rate-limiting or banning by WhatsApp/Meta. The Merchant assumes 100% of this risk and completely releases Ouron from any liability for banned numbers, lost contacts, or carrier actions.

4. Strict Non-Refundable Billing & Anti-Chargeback Policy

All subscription fees and credit add-on purchases are 100% FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. You expressly covenant not to file bad-faith chargebacks. Frivolous chargebacks incur immediate account termination, recovery of disputed amounts, a USD $150 administrative fee, and collection costs.

5. Customer Payments & Fraud Disclaimer

Ouron does not process or hold customer payments. Merchants are solely responsible for verifying customer bank transfers, QRIS receipts, and payment proofs. Ouron has no liability for buyer fraud or counterfeit payment receipts.

6. Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouron's total aggregate liability under any legal theory is strictly capped at the lesser of (a) the fees paid by you to Ouron in the single month preceding the event, or (b) USD $50.00 (IDR 500,000). All indirect, punitive, and consequential damages are expressly waived.

7. Total Indemnification & Class Action Waiver

You agree to defend and hold harmless Ouron from any third-party claims, customer disputes, or regulatory fines arising from your business. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Class actions are strictly waived.
